The Poppy & Rose Photography Rebrand

brand and website design for wedding photographers in Oregon

When Jasmine Andrich landed in my inbox, she wasn’t looking for a glow up. She was looking for a reckoning.

Three years into building Poppy & Rose Photography out of Keizer, Oregon, she had the talent, the clients, and the receipts to prove she was the real deal. What she didn’t have? A brand that told the truth about her. And she was done pretending that didn’t matter.

The core question: Who Is Jasmine, Really?

She’s the kind of person who named her business after her son’s birth flower and her daughter’s. She flew from Oregon to Oklahoma for a single day mentorship with a photographer whose editing style she admired. She got told as a kid that wanting a creative career wasn’t realistic, pivoted to healthcare, graduated, got nothing for it, became a mother, and then decided to build something entirely her own anyway.

She is not interested in following trends. She is not the adventure photographer who camps in the woods with you for the weekend (her words, and I love her for saying it). She is witty and sarcastic and warm and funny and genuinely gets quiet until she trusts you, and then she is SO FUN.

This is not a faceless photography brand. This is a whole person. And that whole person needed a brand worthy of her.

The Creative Direction

Jasmine came in with a clear gut instinct even if she struggled to articulate it. She wanted art deco. Vintage anything. Plants. Crystals. A practical magic aesthetic. Romance. Whimsy. Fantasy. She wanted something with longevity, not something that would feel tired in two years when the next wave of trends rolls through.

“I love that something I create will be cherished for someone’s entire life. Maybe they won’t remember me, or know of me specifically, but they will look at their loved ones through my eyes. My camera is a witness to so many people’s lives.”
